This policy explains how Rongin Bazar (ronginbazar.com), an online fashion shop in Bangladesh, collects, uses and protects information you give us on our website, our Facebook page and Messenger.

Order details (name, mobile number, delivery address, delivery area, items, notes); your Facebook name and messages when you message our page; and website usage data (pages viewed, cart, browser/device type, IP address, cookies). We never collect card or payment details: all orders are cash on delivery.

To confirm, pack and deliver your order; to send order updates by SMS or phone; to answer your questions and improve our service; and to measure our Facebook/Instagram ads and show relevant ads.

Courier companies receive only what they need to deliver (name, mobile, address, amount to collect). Our SMS provider receives your mobile number. Our website uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API; for orders, your phone number and name are sent to Meta only in hashed (encrypted) form to measure ads. We never sell your data. We disclose it to authorities only when the law requires.

Your cart, past orders and theme choice are stored in your own browser (localStorage). The Meta Pixel uses the _fbp/_fbc cookies for ad measurement. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but the cart may then not work.

Order records are normally kept for up to 2 years for accounts and delivery disputes, then deleted. Data is stored on a secured server over HTTPS and only authorised shop staff can access it with a password.

Data deletion: to see, correct or delete your data (including Messenger conversations with our page), contact us by email, phone or Messenger with your mobile number. We will delete it within 7 working days and confirm to you.

Our service is meant for adults (18+). Although we sell kids' clothing, we do not knowingly collect information from children.
